Business Operations Analyst
GlobalPoint is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to manage ODA's budget and provide essential reports to the Finance team. The role involves contributing to organizational strategies, ensuring optimal fund usage, and supporting business operations projects to enhance internal communications and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Maintain robust tracking of all ODA budgets; complete all Finance deliverables on time and as requested
Assist with the creation and implementation of business operations strategies
Assist with developing and maintaining metrics and reports to track ODA’s performance and efficiency
Assist with updating or drafting new job descriptions to ensure ODA positions are properly classified by SPD and team member duties are aligned with current operational needs
Collaborate with the CDO, Deputy CDO, and team directors to test and implement new systems or procedures to improve ODA’s efficiency and workflow
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership, showcasing findings and recommendations
Provide project coordination and communications support as needed for business operations projects
Adhere to HIPAA and other state statutes related to protecting data confidentiality and individual privacy
Support IDOH Data Transformation projects and activities, as requested
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Manage ODA's budget and provide reports to the Finance team as needed
Advise on the optimal use of funds to hire and retain personnel
Contribute to the development of organizational strategies that enhance team efficiency and productivity
Assist with quality assurance for ODA data products
Collaborate with the Office of Performance Excellence on ODA's role in agency strategic planning and KPI tracking
Advise on relationship management between ODA and other divisions
Support business operations projects related to improving internal communications
Provide project coordination support for high-priority efforts
Maintain robust tracking of all ODA budgets
Complete all Finance deliverables on time and as requested

Keep supervisor and coworkers apprised of work; bring challenges and issues to supervisor as needed
Execute tasks that impact ODA priorities and specific IDOH program areas
Contribute to projects with broader agency impact, under supervision of the Director of Data Governance & Business Operations
Work collaboratively with other Office of Data and Analytics staff to make progress toward agency priorities
Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by IDOH and ODA
