Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with end-users

Preferred

Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Google IT Support, or equivalent is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
