Responsibilities
Setting up, operating, and maintaining AV systems, including video conferencing equipment, projectors, and lighting
Troubleshooting AV issues
Providing technical support for meetings and events
Ensuring seamless functionality of all AV systems
Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to meet technical and event-specific requirements
Qualification
Required
Expertise in operating and maintaining Audio Visual (AV) Systems
Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Experience with Video Conferencing systems and solutions
Knowledge of Lighting systems and Projector technologies
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Familiarity with security protocols in federal or government environments is a plus
Relevant certifications such as AVIXA CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or manufacturer certifications are desirable
Additional technical education is preferred
