Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM and ITAM, HRSD modules
Experienced in architecture with and global roll-out
Experience in CMDB and Discovery, ability to identify the issues and standardize to build scalable architecture
Ability to create architecture and solution diagrams for approval and implementation
Experience in creating user stories with functional and clear acceptable criteria
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform capabilities including mid-server, API integrations
Experience in managing onsite-offshore model and manage clients and offshore teams
Qualification

15+ years of experience
