Responsibilities
Platform Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Custom Application Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
Integration: Manage and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code
Project Management: Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting all requirements and specifications
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the ServiceNow platform
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and HRSD
Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or CIS- ITSM
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
