Responsibilities
Drive project planning, execution, and delivery for research and feature development
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Communicate project status, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders
Ensure proper documentation of progress and completion of tasks and projects
Oversee procurement of equipment and vendor services
Support operational (non-research) projects and tasks as needed
This role requires an onsite presence 5 days per week at the Redmond facilities

Required
Project Planning & Execution
Quick Prioritization: Ability to rapidly assess and organize medium-term goals (up to 3 months)
Risk Assessment: Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ownership & Organization: Take charge of priorities, ensuring clarity within workstreams
Collaboration: Work closely with multiple technical leads to prioritize and execute ongoing work
Communication of Priorities: Ensure all stakeholders are aware of current priorities; escalate or initiate necessary conversations if priorities are unclear
Strong Communication Skills: Concise Conveyance: Clearly communicate priorities within and across workstreams
Technical Understanding: Possess a technical background to understand and articulate project goals
Direct Oversight: Manage and track tasks and goals in collaboration with technical leads
Progress Monitoring: Ensure timely completion and documentation of tasks
Preferred
Audio Background (Highly Desirable): While audio expertise is preferred, candidates with other technical backgrounds who can learn quickly are also valued
Some Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies is beneficial
Technical audio experience
Machine learning experience
Computer vision experience
End-to-end software project management experience
