Responsibilities

Welcome members into the branch and provide friendly, helpful service that promotes financial well-being and consistently sets a positive example
Initiate and open new memberships and accounts while providing appropriate information on regulations and policies
Promote, sell and refer TruStone products and services while expertly processing a variety of routine financial inquiries, transactions and service requests, and train these activities to branch staff
Responsible for meeting established Credit Union and Branch goals through active participation in sales programs
Ensure Tellers are performing their jobs in conformance with TruStone process and procedure

Required

Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:15am – 5:45pm and rotating Saturdays 8:45am – 1:15pm at our Kenosha Green Bay Road Branch; non-exempt
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of cash handling experience or experience serving customers
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to help people
Effective verbal and written communication and training skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Good decision-making skills and judgement
Ability to perform calculations and possess proficiency in basic math skills
Ability to organize and prioritize work and maintain accurate records
A professional and friendly appearance and demeanor
Compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions
Ability to pass all pre-employment drug test and various background checks
Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace

Preferred

Knowledge of banking and/or credit union regulations preferred
Experience training others, preferred
