Responsibilities

Set standards for database operations, programming, query processes, and security. Model, design, and construct large relational databases or data warehouses
Create and optimize data models for infrastructure and workflow
Integrate new systems/modules with existing structure and refine system performance and functionality
Develop stored procedures, functions, triggers in support of the various modules within NTIRA. Develop and modify SQL Server Integration Services packages to import data from external data sources and subsequent stored procedures to process and move data into appropriate databases and database tables for the various modules
Enforce versioning control for database changes

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field
Ten (10) years of experience providing SQL development support in a web-based environment, including the ability to design, code, test and implement SQL stored procedures, consolidate views from multiple database tables, build complex queries from existing database tables, and design database tables and schemas to support web application development within a SQL Server database environment
Experience with SQL Server
Integration Service (SSIS) packages and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
Experience designing, creating, and optimizing large relational databases or warehouses with integrated DOD and DON security standards
Experience versioning software with Atlassian Bitbucket or similar Git based repository
Experience with Atlassian Jira or similar issue and project tracking software
Experience with Atlassian Confluence or similar knowledge management software
Active Secret clearance
IAT II (Security+)
Cloud certifications (Cloud+, AWS, etc.)
Database: 8 years (Required)
SQL: 5 years (Required)
IAT Level II (Required)
Secret (Required)
