They are seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the development and execution of the swimwear product line from concept through launch, working closely with various teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Responsibilities
Assist in managing the end-to-end swimwear product development process
Maintain seasonal line plans and calendars using Centric PLM
Support fabric, trim, and color development
Track proto samples, fits, lab dips, and bulk readiness
Ensure accurate product data entry in Centric PLM
Coordinate with Design, Technical Design, Sourcing, and Production
Support alignment between DTC and wholesale needs
Escalate timeline or development risks early
Communicate with overseas vendors on samples and costing
Track costs and margins using Excel
Support BOMs and documentation in Centric PLM
Assist with purchase order setup in NetSuite
Support sell-through and margin analysis
Build reports using Excel
Prepare internal product updates
Prepare line sheets and SKU lists
Manage style, pricing, and delivery data across Centric PLM and NetSuite
Support market prep and sample organization
Maintain a positive work climate and an environment based on trust, diversity, and inclusion within the team
Foster and communicate the values that support the mission and objectives of JOLYN
Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3-5 years' experience in apparel product development or merchandising
Experience in swimwear or activewear, with exposure to DTC and wholesale models
Experience with Centric PLM
Proficiency in Excel and Word
Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite)
Strong interest in swimwear and product construction
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Strong process focused communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working across multiple departments
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in swimwear or activewear, with exposure to DTC and wholesale models (strongly preferred)
Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred)
