Responsibilities
Lead the efforts in gathering information on the existing conditions and dimensions of proposed lease spaces, leveraging Trileaf’s internal Site Survey team
Lead the technical development of projects from schematic design through construction documents
Mentor internal architecture teams, coordinating workflows and maintaining quality across all project phases
Collaborate closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural engineers
Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and building system integration using AutoCAD
Research and apply applicable codes, standards, and building technologies
Support construction administration with responses to RFIs, submittals, and field observations
Qualification
Required
Licensed architect with advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and a deep understanding of building systems and detailing
10+ years of architectural experience, including experience in multi-site prototype-driven retail sites
Excellent coordination skills with consultants and familiarity with QA/QC processes
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative and solutions-driven mindset
Bachelors degree required
Preferred
A professionally licensed architect is highly preferred
