Qualification
Required
1–3 years of law firm experience in bankruptcy and or creditors' rights
Illinois Bar admission
Strong interest in bankruptcy, creditors' rights, and commercial litigation
Willingness to take ownership of detailed, process-driven work
Collaborative mindset and interest in long-term development
Preferred
2–4 years of bankruptcy or creditors' rights experience
Exposure to related areas such as collections, mechanic's liens, or commercial litigation
