Responsibilities
Complete courses and training to gain foundational knowledge in the functional role and a cloud-based consulting environment
Build up communication, interpersonal, technical, and analytical skills in a professional environment
Shadow project coordination activities with internal stakeholders to understand how meetings are organized and project execution is supported
Gain insight into how project plans are developed, milestones are tracked, and task progress is monitored under the guidance of senior team members
Observe how administrative support is provided to project teams, including meeting organization, note-taking practices, and information gathering across departments
Become familiar with how project documentation is maintained and organized to ensure accessibility and consistency
Shadow the team as they develop project plans, identify key milestones, and assign tasks to understand project planning fundamentals
Observe how project expenses are tracked, budgets are monitored, and financial data is recorded for reporting purposes
Gain insight into how status reports are prepared, meetings are organized, and updates are shared with stakeholders
Become familiar with how project documentation is maintained to ensure records are accurate, organized, and accessible
Qualification
Required
Current student seeking a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and collaboration skills
You are an innovative and creative problem-solver who can manage and complete complex tasks with minimal oversight and you never need prodding
You effectively manage your time and work. You are self-motivated, you don't miss deadlines, and you have a high sense of personal responsibility for your work
You have a growth mentality. You seek out opportunities and challenges to broaden your experience and are a proven self-starter with a bias to action
You know how to use Google Apps as a productivity, time management, and collaboration tool suite
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required
