Responsibilities
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and training at job sites
Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures
Support accident investigations and documentation
Ensure proper use and distribution of PPE
Stay current with OSHA and industry safety standards
Collaborate with the Safety Manager to maintain a strong safety culture
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of construction safety or management experience (or related education)
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout DFW
Strong communication and organization skills
Preferred
Experience in civil, roadway, or excavation work a plus
OSHA 10/30 preferred; OSHA 510 a plus
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
