Program Manager
ANPC is a global supplier of precision approach guidance and area surveillance solutions aimed at improving the safety and capacity of civil and military aviation. The Program Manager will lead cross-functional project teams to successfully deliver new product developments and improvements while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of internal and external technical projects using an Integrated Project Plan (IPP) framework
Develop, manage, and report on project scope, cost, schedule, and performance metrics, using an Agile methodology
Create and maintain Project Charters, Product Backlogs, and Burndown Charts in alignment with Agile methodology
Schedule and organize technical reviews (e.g., SRR, PRR, CDR, TRR) and ensure preparation and participation by key stakeholders, as well as conduct regular standups with the team to ensure alignment and continuous communication
Integrate product development efforts with configuration management and ensure proper baseline controls (functional, allocated, product)
Collaborate across all functional areas including engineering (systems, signal processing, software, hardware, mechanical, etc.), production, finance, configuration management, program management, suppliers, and executive leadership
Manage development contracts and act as the primary point of contact in the capacity of managing external development contracts, working directly with customer stakeholders
Manage material and direct cost budgets; initiate purchase requisitions aligned with project plans and financial forecasts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Experience in technical project management, preferably in the aerospace or defense industries
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Experience with Agile values and principles, including leveraging Agile over Waterfall methodologies
Practiced at the art of relative sizing versus estimating
Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams through the full product life cycle
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Skilled in data analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making based on quantifiable insights
Strong customer focus and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
Preferred
Familiarity with aerospace industry standards, or other highly regulated industry, preferred
Familiarity with project management and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, JAMA) preferred
Ensure compliance with ITAR, FAA certification processes, and relevant software/hardware development guidelines (e.g. RTCA DO-178C, RTCA DO-278A, RTCA DO-254)
