Responsibilities
Perform manual testing of electronic assemblies and accurately document results
Set up and configure test and lab equipment per engineering instructions
Troubleshoot issues using structured methodologies to identify root cause
Maintain accurate product records and test documentation
Perform basic maintenance on equipment and products
Support testing of electronic components
Work independently while collaborating with engineering and production teams
Metatarsal safety shoes are required for this role
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Electronics (or related field)
Two-year technical diploma
Equivalent military training or hands-on experience
1+ years of technical experience minimum
Preferred
3+ years of technical experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and electronic components
Experience using test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.)
Background in one or more of the following areas: Electronics, Electrical or electrical contracting, Automotive (on-road or off-road) repair, Communication or networking hardware, Robotics, automation, or mechatronics, Agricultural or farming equipment
