They are seeking a motivated and innovative intern to join the Electric Power Systems Program Management team, where the intern will support strategic initiatives and operational excellence while gaining exposure to diverse programs and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop Program production and sustainment business plans
Facilitate Program reviews to address budget adherence, risk assessments, earned value, and project schedules
Lead Program manager development related events aligned with senior leadership vision and objectives
Rotate through different Program meetings to gain exposure to diverse programs and enhance cross-functional collaboration

Required

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Preferred

Prior internship or experience in program management, project management, strategy consulting, or a related field
Experience with aerospace, defense, or industrial sectors
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
