Experience in Training and mentoring faculty and students to achieve academic and professional success
Customer Service expertise and a student-centered approach to education
Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or Education
Familiarity with higher education accreditation processes and standards
Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of program management
