Claims Coordinator

Responsibilities
Assist adjusters in the processing and troubleshooting of claims
Complete vendor setup, check processing and other payment-related tasks
Generate reports for internal and external distribution
Communicate effectively and timely with internal and external stakeholders
Research and verify claim information
Review, draft, and submit confidential correspondence and forms
Maintain accurate records
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Insurance claims experience
Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to quickly learn new software systems and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Strong attention to detail
Ability to complete tasks and assignments in a high-volume work environment
Some knowledge of insurance
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
