Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for laboratory systems, instruments, and lab PCs
Troubleshoot system, software, and instrument connectivity issues
Install, configure, and support laboratory software and applications
Work closely with vendors and internal teams for system and instrument support
Support lab data workflows while maintaining data integrity and documentation
Act as a liaison between lab users, IT, and validation teams
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting lab IT systems and laboratory instruments
Strong troubleshooting skills (PCs, software, connectivity, data flow)
Experience working with scientists, engineers, and vendors
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Onsite availability and flexibility
Preferred
Life sciences, chemistry, or scientific lab exposure
Familiarity with lab systems such as ELN, LIMS, or chromatography software
