Responsibilities
Evaluates and assesses various processes and composes specifics plans to use that analysis to improve business performance
Gather necessary information, perform data analysis, and maintain data and analyses for future use in financial planning. A process analyst must e
Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs
Analyze and report on complex data to meet customer needs
Communicate complex data in comprehensible ways
Identify user needs from user requests and develop strategies by which to meet those needs
Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly indicate quality of final analysis
Build reports using data tools to monitor business performance and communicate results
Provide support in identifying opportunities, resolving gaps, and updating reporting metrics
Qualification
Required
Experience gathering existing metrics and determining the best way to display those metrics, be that by developing new dashboards or updating existing dashboards
Know how to monitor a process to understand if it's operating as intended and then build the reports to tell the story
Able to pull data sets, display those, monitor those, and discuss the results
Able to contribute to answer the question 'what can we do to help improve processes optimize property and casualty claims adjuster processes?'
Excel in strategic thinking, financial analysis, strategy development, and decision making
Experience in identifying and establishing key metrics and indicators
