Responsibilities
Greet customers/visitors in a friendly open manner
Answer incoming calls, determine purpose of call and route accordingly
Support Medford Office staff as needed with research, projects and day to day issues as they arise
Support Director of Client Services in event planning and travel logistics for commercial sales area, regional sales meetings, client meetings and new hire travel for in office training
Support Marketing team with NGAB travel arrangements for guests and internal team members
Ensure Medford office runs smoothly by completing ongoing tasks including bill payments, internal catering and ordering kitchen/office supplies, maintaining a clean an organized environment
Process FedEx and USPS shipments for Medford office
Qualification
Required
Enjoy meeting new people and learning new things
Ability to work in a flexible work environment
Ability to work part time hours
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to greet customers/visitors in a friendly open manner
