Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of 12+ employees, including supervisors and frontline staff
Set and communicate clear performance expectations and accountability measures
Evaluate operational workflows, identify risks, and recommend process enhancements
Partner with cross-functional teams to align on loss mitigation strategies and outcomes
Monitor controls and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory and investor guidelines
Oversee key initiatives and special projects related to quality and compliance
Ensure internal audit and compliance findings are addressed and resolved in a timely manner
Analyze and report on operational trends and potential risk areas
Conduct periodic reviews of high-risk processes to assess effectiveness of controls
Support leadership with additional projects and responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience leading management-level professionals who oversee frontline teams
Bachelor's degree required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills preferred
Demonstrated ability to assess operations and implement process improvements
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including leading meetings and presentations
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills preferred
