Responsibilities
Responsible for program management of the AI program, a critical, cross enterprise initiative focused on advancing data maturity and enabling AI at scale
This is an existing program, which requires the individual to take over day to day execution from a consulting partner and team member, and ensure continuity, organization, and reliable delivery
The role is high visibility and execution heavy, requiring strong program management fundamentals
Must be comfortable operating across teams and senior stakeholders, and the ability to keep complex work moving forward without unnecessary friction

Qualification
Required
8+ minimum years required
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi team, enterprise technology programs
Knowledge and/or background in Enterprise data or platform initiatives (Not a developmental role — prior experience running complex, enterprise technology programs is required)
Comfortable partnering with architects, engineers, and platform leads to coordinate work and translate progress into clear program updates (without being hands on technical)
Jira based planning and tracking
Able to self manage day to day work while staying aligned with leadership expectations
Leadership support and guidance are provided during transition and onboarding
Preferred
Experience taking over or stabilizing an existing program is strongly preferred
Prior experience supporting data, architecture, or platform programs (not limited to application delivery)
Experience transitioning work from consultants or covering for departing team members
Ability to bring structure, clarity, and calm execution to a complex, cross enterprise program
