Responsibilities
Complete contract document projects on schedule and within budget
Deliver high-quality drawings that meet agency standards and contractor needs
Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in architecture
2+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, self-storage, and/or government architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit; SketchUp and Microsoft Suite a plus
Strong communication skills for working with Project Managers and Consultants
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with CBC, ADA, and multiple zoning codes
Great work ethic and attention to detail
