Responsibilities
Establish and execute an enterprise-wide AI and GenAI strategy aligned with business priorities
Build, lead, and mentor multidisciplinary teams across Data Science, AI Engineering, and MLOps
Partner with executive stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and roadmap high-impact AI initiatives
Balance near-term value delivery with longer-term innovation and experimentation
Guide build vs. buy decisions across AI platforms and tooling
Champion ethical, transparent, and compliant AI practices
Drive adoption through strong change management and stakeholder engagement
Define success metrics and communicate ROI and business outcomes to senior leadership
Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and represent the organization as an industry thought leader
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI, including senior leadership experience
Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production, including generative and agentic AI use cases
Proven ability to scale teams, manage technical debt, and deliver MVPs efficiently
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical outcomes into enterprise value
A collaborative, adaptable leader who prioritizes responsible AI and sustainable innovation
Preferred
Advanced degree
Experience within P&C insurance or financial services
