Responsibilities
Provide support for products and services remotely involving unique environments and configurations; this may include troubleshooting, implementation, customizations, integrations and product orientation for the client
Performs daily/weekly/monthly management of basic to complex Client environments, this may include installing and upgrading software / code, configuring network interfaces, configuring files systems, running scripts, testing / validating final product solutions and developing appropriate client configuration guides
Learn and maintain current and in-depth knowledge of Solution II’s Core technologies and related products and solutions as it relates to your skill set
Create detailed, accurate and concise professional documentation and reports for Clients
Regularly communicates status of all applicable client issues to the team and manager
Ensure effective resolution of technical issues encountered managing Client environments
Works and communicates well other team members
Takes all appropriate actions steps to ensure Client’s environments are running appropriately and as designed
Performs assignments and/or special projects as assigned
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to provide after-hours, weekend, and holiday support as needed

Qualification
Required
4+ years' experience in Datacenter Operations and/or Bachelor's Degree
Strong familiarity with datacenter infrastructure: compute, storage, and networking
Experience with VMware and VMware vSAN
Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V
Administration of Windows Server 2019 – current
Administration of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 – 9
Experience with enterprise storage systems (e.g., IBM, NetApp, HPE, Dell/EMC)
General network administration experience
Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery methodologies and technologies
Comfortable resolving technical issues for end users (onsite and remote)
Strong troubleshooting skills using logic and reasoning
Strong documentation habits and practices
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Preferred
Industry Specific Certifications preferred
Experience with converged and hyper-converged infrastructure is a plus
VMware VCP 7.0+ certification a plus
Certifications a plus for Windows Server 2019 – current
Certifications a plus for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 – 9
Experience with Veeam is a plus
Familiarity with the Office 365 application suite is a plus
