Responsibilities
Independently design and implement solutions that transform marketing operations, unlock automation at scale, and infuse AI-driven intelligence throughout our enterprise
Salesforce platform development with advanced Apex, LWC, and custom automation workflows
Expertise extending Agentforce, leveraging Einstein Copilot, or similar AI-CRM tools
Implementing Salesforce Einstein Copilot, predictive analytics, and generative AI features for marketing and sales optimization
Developing complex, scalable applications and integrations on Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builders
Architecting high-performance data pipelines (ETL) and seamless integrations using Azure cloud, Salesforce Data 360, and robust APIs (REST/SOAP)
Expanding and customizing Salesforce platform capabilities (including Agentforce), driving intelligent context-aware user experiences
Leading the technical integration of advanced AI/ML models (including LLMs and generative AI) with a focus on security and data governance
Building modern frontend experiences using React.js/Next.js and web components
Qualification
Required
5+ years hands-on software engineering experience in enterprise/corporate settings
3+ years with JavaScript, Python, Java, or C# and strong object-oriented design
Solid experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), APIs, and enterprise DevOps workflows (Git, CI/CD)
True passion for integrating data, AI, and machine learning—ideally within sales/marketing environments
Preferred
Salesforce platform development with advanced Apex, LWC, and custom automation workflows
Expertise extending Agentforce, leveraging Einstein Copilot, or similar AI-CRM tools
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Admin, Data Cloud)
MLOps skills or open-source contributions
Implementing Salesforce Einstein Copilot, predictive analytics, and generative AI features for marketing and sales optimization
Interest in mentoring and technical leadership
Developing complex, scalable applications and integrations on Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builders
