Responsibilities
Scale the Infrastructure: Lead the charge on NetSuite optimization and technical integrations for newly acquired businesses
Drive the "Close": Own the velocity and precision of the month-end cycle, ensuring data is sharp enough for rigorous Private Equity scrutiny
Capital Command: Steer the ship on treasury, liquidity modeling, and complex cash forecasting to fuel further expansion
Elevate the Team: Direct a 7-person squad (AP/AR/Treasury/FP&A), evolving them from transactional processors to strategic contributors
Tax & Compliance Mastery: Navigate the complexities of Sales & Use tax and corporate filings within a multi-entity manufacturing environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting
active CPA license
Proven history in a PE-backed or high-growth environment
Expertise in GAAP compliance and multi-state tax environments
deep, intuitive grasp of inventory management, COGS, and shop-floor financial logic
NetSuite power-user
ability to pivot from high-level M&A integration strategy to deep-dive GL management
