Responsibilities

Manage warehouse personnel at Oshkosh Plant and Oshkosh Warehouse (<1 mile apart)
Lead employee performance and development through regular interaction, coaching, and periodic evaluations
Lead all Hydrite Safety program initiatives and deliver measurable safety improvements in the warehouse operation
Responsible for leading and driving the Hydrite Safety Vision, Mission, and Values as outlined in standard operating procedure SF063AF
Lead all Hydrite Quality program initiatives and drive/deliver measurable safety improvements in the warehouse operation
Assure compliance with all regulations as dictated by FDA, DOT, EPA, DNR, OSHA and other government agencies
Manage all material logistics, ensure cycle count of raw materials, receive and ship hazardous waste
Manage the raw material and product transfers between OS and OW
Manage all resources as it relates to Warehouse operations
Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) culture as the CI Project Leader / Manager for all warehouse CI projects
Establish strong communication channels within local operations and between operational sites and corporate functions
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to workplace safety, warehouse operations, and quality

Required

Bachelor's degree is required. Preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or equivalent
Minimum 5-7 years' experience in warehouse leadership or equivalent
Knowledge and experience with DOT regulations
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information clearly and concisely
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for driving operational excellence and delivering results
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Power Point, Word, and Excel are required
Experience with Warehouse Management System deployment
Self-motivated and can initiate continuous improvement projects
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other process improvement techniques
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Able to wear applicable PPE including hard hat
Due to safety concerns, the wearing of contact lenses is prohibited
Must be able to work in an un-cooled warehouse facility where temperatures may reach 100 Fahrenheit
