Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end resource deployment, including project staffing, capacity planning, and allocation of internal and supplier resources
Partner with Project Managers to ensure projects are properly resourced to meet scope, schedule, and delivery commitments
Identify and proactively communicate resourcing risks, conflicts, or gaps that may impact project timelines or outcomes
Coordinate staffing with suppliers and external partners to meet project needs
Maintain accurate resource data, forecasts, and utilization metrics across multiple projects
Develop and maintain resource plans, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities related to workforce utilization and demand
Support continuous improvement initiatives by automating resource management tasks and reporting where possible
Prepare clear, concise written communications, documentation, and reports for leadership and stakeholders
Ensure resource management practices align with professional services and consulting delivery models
Qualification
Required
6–10+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably within professional services or consulting environments
Demonstrated experience in resource management, project staffing, and workforce planning
Strong understanding of human capital management principles and supplier-based staffing models
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with a high level of accuracy
Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail and data integrity
Experience analyzing large datasets to support forecasting, staffing decisions, and business insights
Proficiency in business analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau and Smartsheet
Experience automating workflows and reporting processes
Strong technical writing, editing, and documentation skills
Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) or equivalent certification
Experience supporting large, complex project portfolios
Background working closely with cross-functional teams including PMO, finance, and operations
