Work on a variety of project types including computer refreshes, software and hardware repair, and basic systems support
Qualification
Required
Active interest in IT systems
Currently studying Computer Science or an IT-Related Degree a plus
Ability to get to and from the Shive-Hattery office in Des Moines, Iowa for scheduled shifts
Good customer service skills
Ability to lift/move computer towers as necessary for deployment related tasks, including getting under desks
