Responsibilities
Torubleshoot & repair electronic boards & printers
Troubleshoot software problems on customer's equipment & repair those
Install software into new equipment sold (back office computers & front end cash registers, scanners, scales & remote inventory radios)
Help customers on the phone with any software issue or question
Go to customers stores to perform service & repairs to equipment
Take new equipment out to customer's location, install & do any custom programming that the customer request. Check systems for correct operations
Check in all new equipment & parts for correct operations before putting into inventory
Qualification
Required
