Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, implement and maintain solutions and features for applications in Microsoft .NET environment integrated with an Oracle database
Designing and implementing Oracle database changes in support of the application
Provide reliable, responsive support for these projects and systems as developed along with existing system support as assigned
Working on new development, enhancements, maintenance, providing support for existing applications as determined by agency priorities
Qualification
Required
Advanced level application development including analysis, design and development within Microsoft .Net environment. (8+ yrs)
Coding experience in .Net framework with MVC including C#, VB.net, JavaScript and Bootstrap. (8+ yrs)
Experience applying accessibility and security standards to custom applications. (6+ yrs)
Experience developing applications with relational databases including designing, writing stored procedures, performance tuning and SQL (Oracle preferred/SQL Server). (8+ yrs)
Experience working in Azure DevOps/GIT including keeping work items updated, code management and CI/CD. (4+ years)
Experience utilizing the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and following IT Best Practices
Experience following Iterative/Agile/Scrum Methodologies
Experience applying Object Oriented Design
Experience in Power BI for developing reports
Excellent customer service
Good interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience working in a Government agency
Experience working with Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, etc
Experience with GIS, especially Esri JavaScript APIs
