Responsibilities
Create and process purchase orders in the ERP system
Track orders and follow up with vendors on confirmations, deliveries, and issues
Collect quotes and assist with basic price comparisons
Maintain organized records for vendors, contracts, and purchases
Support invoice matching and help resolve basic discrepancies with vendors and AP
Coordinate with internal teams to understand needs and timelines
Assist with new vendor setup and maintenance of vendor data
Provide operational and administrative support to the Procurement team
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of experience in operations, procurement, supply chain, finance, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in Excel and basic systems
Clear communicator who is not afraid to follow up
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Able to work in a fast-moving, evolving environment
