Responsibilities
Design and implement cybersecurity controls for OT environments , including ICS, SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and HMIs
Monitor, detect, and respond to cyber threats and incidents impacting OT systems
Perform risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and threat modeling for OT assets
Ensure compliance with OT security standards such as IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, ISO 27001
Develop and enforce OT security policies, procedures, and incident response plans
Work with engineering and operations teams to ensure secure system configurations without impacting uptime
Manage and support network segmentation, firewalls, IDS/IPS , and secure remote access for OT
Support audits, regulatory compliance, and third-party security assessments
Stay updated on emerging OT cyber threats and best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity
Hands-on knowledge of SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC, Profinet, EtherNet/IP)
Experience with OT network architecture, segmentation, and firewalls
Familiarity with SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management tools in OT environments
Understanding of industrial safety and availability requirements
Strong incident response and troubleshooting skills
Preferred
Certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISA/IEC 62443
Experience in manufacturing, energy, utilities, oil & gas, or critical infrastructure
Knowledge of Zero Trust and secure remote access for OT
Experience integrating IT and OT security frameworks
Experience with cloud-connected OT environments
Knowledge of digital twins, IIoT, or Industry 4.0 security
