Respond to user inquiries related to immunization records and system functionality
Identify and resolve duplicate or incorrect patient records
Maintain data accuracy using data tools and matching logic
Document support activities in a ticketing system
Guide users on best practices for data entry and record management
Assist with testing system updates and enhancements
Qualification
Required
Strong data entry and attention to detail
Customer service or helpdesk experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Healthcare or public health system experience
