Responsibilities
Advise a diverse client base by assessing needs and delivering tailored accounting solutions
Address key account issues and develop effective resolutions using team expertise and technology
Lead and mentor Staff Accountants while upholding firm standards and quality
Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication
Partner with leadership to refine processes and implement operational best practices
Manage special projects, including operational analysis, audit support, and client-driven initiatives
Manage financial reporting and month-end close for multiple clients
Support year-end reporting and ensure accurate and efficient financial closures
Provide services including bookkeeping, journal entries, financial statement preparation, cash-flow forecasting, and AP/AR oversight
Enhance financial reporting practices and ensure compliance with regulations, audits, and internal controls
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Public accounting experience
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
CPA
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
Familiarity with other systems
