Responsibilities

Must be familiar with all administrative aspects of operations
The Project Manager will be responsible for project management and identification, development and implementation, including providing staff support in planning and managing departmental and organizational initiatives and administrative projects
Facilitates information exchange between JHHC senior management and departments, Johns Hopkins Medicine (JHM) entities, vendors/consultants and outside agencies
The Project Manager II & III job function is responsible for the management of one or more projects
The project manager will drive projects from original concept through final implementation
The PM will also develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
Projects may span two or more organizational boundaries and follow Traditional or Agile project management practices
The PM will primarily focus on initiatives that help to run and grow the business

Required

A Bachelor's Degree in Business in Health Administration, Project Management or related degree is required
Requires 3-5 years of experience in business, program development and/or project development/management that must include 1 years working on projects involving project life cycle

Preferred

A Master's Degree is preferred
Professional (PMP) or equivalent project/program management Certification, Etc.: certification preferred
Experience in managing projects in respective functional environment (Ops/IT) is a plus
