Project Manager II- Clinical

Responsibilities
Responsible for project management and identification, development and implementation, including providing staff support in planning and managing departmental and organizational initiatives and administrative projects
Facilitates information exchange between JHHC senior management and departments, Johns Hopkins Medicine (JHM) entities, vendors/consultants and outside agencies
The Project Manager will drive projects from original concept through final implementation
The PM will also develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
Projects may span two or more organizational boundaries and follow Traditional or Agile project management practices
The PM will primarily focus on initiatives that help to run and grow the business
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree in Business in Health Administration, Project Management or related degree is required
3-5 years of experience in business, program development and/or project development/management that must include 1 year working on projects involving project life cycle
Experience in managing projects in respective functional environment (Ops/IT) is a plus
Preferred
A Master's Degree is preferred
Professional (PMP) or equivalent project/program management Certification, Etc.: certification preferred
