New Grad, Entry LevelRP Inc. is seeking a Region Credit Analyst to provide regional support for resolving outstanding accounts receivable for commercial customers. The role involves monitoring AR aging reports, contacting customers for payment resolution, and collaborating with internal teams to address account issues.

Responsibilities
Monitor AR aging reports and prioritize collection activities based on delinquency status and risk
Contact customers to resolve outstanding balances, document all collection efforts, and maintain accurate account notes
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve account issues and reinforce credit and collections best practices
Escalate accounts to field personnel when additional resolution support is required
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing disputes by partnering with billing, credit, and other internal departments
Qualification
Required
US Citizen or GC Holder
Experience in accounts receivable (AR) management
Ability to monitor AR aging reports and prioritize collection activities
Strong communication skills to contact customers and resolve outstanding balances
Experience in documenting collection efforts and maintaining accurate account notes
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
Experience in reconciling customer accounts and resolving billing disputes
