Hyatt is seeking a Lobby Experience Host to join their elite hospitality team at the KPMG Lakehouse in Lake Nona. The role involves providing a genuine welcome experience, checking participants into their guest rooms, and ensuring a seamless guestroom experience by collaborating with the housekeeping team.

Responsibilities

Provide a genuine welcome experience to participants as they arrive at the facility

Check participants into their guest room

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the facility to clearly answer participant inquiries

Work closely with the facility housekeeping team to ensure a seamless participant guestroom experience

Manage the entire lobby experience

Quickly and efficiently cataloging and delivering participant luggage to their guestroom upon arrival

Deliver participant luggage from the guest room during departure

Required

Refined oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants and business partners

Previous luxury full service front office or guest service experience in a similar setting
