Responsibilities
Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair on building automation or controls systems
Strong customer‑facing communication skills with the ability to manage accounts professionally
Mechanical aptitude (valves, actuators, dampers) and competence resolving controls‑related issues
Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation every 6–8 weeks
Exposure to multiple BAS/BMS controls platforms such as - Niagara, Facility Explorer, Tridium, Alerton Systems, or other related controls systems
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair on building automation or controls systems
Strong customer‑facing communication skills with the ability to manage accounts professionally
Mechanical aptitude (valves, actuators, dampers) and competence resolving controls‑related issues
