Start in 2026 FallAtriCure, Inc. provides innovative technologies for the treatment of Afib and related conditions. The Finance Co-op will assist the Manager, FP&A with month-end closing procedures, budget updates, and various financial analyses while participating in special assignments.

Responsibilities
Assist the FP&A team in preparing files for budget vs actuals (BVAs) for their respective departments
Consolidation of monthly AmEx reports to be used for analysis by departmental leaders
Variance fluctuation analysis on assigned departments with comparison of actuals to forecast
Monthly consolidation of operating expenses by department, including updating budget files with actuals
Assist with rolling and updating quarterly forecast refresh files with actuals
Follow policies, procedures, and control enhancements related to assigned areas
Participate in various Finance projects as requested
Regular and predictable work performance
Work under fast-paced conditions
Make decisions and use good judgment
Prioritize various duties and multi-task as required
Effectively work with others
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance or related field
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Effective computer, verbal communication and written/report writing skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Ability to communicate within the organization and to external parties
Detail-oriented with appropriate organizational and analytical skills
Ability to meet deadlines and prepare accurate analyses and reconciliations
Regularly walk, sit, and stand as needed
Occasionally bend and push/pull as needed
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
