Responsibilities
Compose a written document that provides a comprehensive, clear, and concise analysis of medical records provided by claims adjusters
Accurately assess future medical care with associated costs to develop a complete Medicare Set-Aside Allocation, Future Medical Cost Projection, or a Life Care Plan
Qualification
Required
Experience in Workers' Compensation Medicare Set-Aside (WC-MSA) or Workers' Compensation Nurse Case Management
Active, unrestricted RN license in Nebraska or any NLC state
Minimum of five years of clinical experience in orthopedics, neurology, or rehabilitation
Proficiency with ICD-10-CM and CPT coding
Proficient in Math, Microsoft Excel and Word
Understanding of workers' compensation statutes
