Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Rhetoric, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of technical writing and editing experience
2+ years of hands‑on NLP or conversational AI experience
2+ years in financial services (preferred)
Advanced knowledge of technical writing methodology and style guides
Practical experience with knowledge management and KCS principles
Knowledge of financial institution structures, regulations, and loan servicing processes (preferred)
Salesforce experience preferred
