Responsibilities
Manage full life-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Light Industrial, and Manufacturing roles
Review requisitions, screen resumes, interview candidates, and submit qualified talent through vendor management systems
Coordinate interviews and deliver employment offers
Build genuine, long-term relationships with candidates through consistent communication and trust
Get creative with sourcing strategies to develop strong talent pipelines for future needs
Maintain accurate, organized documentation in our ATS (iCIMS) to ensure compliance and quality
Partner with teammates to support shared goals—because we win as a team
Qualification
Required
5+ years of overall recruiting experience
3+ years of staffing agency experience, ideally supporting aerospace, defense, or technical roles
Proactive in phone-based candidate engagement, including cold outreach
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you care about doing things right
Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities while staying focused and positive
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, OneNote, Excel) and the ability to quickly learn ATS and VMS tools
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred, but not required
