Responsibilities
Design and configure electronic data capture systems to align with clinical study protocols and data standards
Ensure systems are optimized for functionality, user experience, and data flow across integrated platforms
Deliver electronic data capture systems and system updates on time while managing study-level timelines and dependencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across programs and therapeutic areas
Monitor progress using project tracking tools and proactively identify risks to timelines or data quality
Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to innovation efforts within clinical data systems
Maintain awareness of evolving clinical development regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, computer science, life sciences, or a related field
Experience designing and building electronic data capture systems for clinical trials
Medidata Rave certification with experience in study build and system configuration
Strong understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle and data standards
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Ability to adapt to change and perform effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred
Master's degree in a related discipline
Knowledge of CDASH and SDTM standards
Experience working with clinical system integrations such as interactive response technologies
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
