Responsibilities

Monitor engagement velocity and risk indicators across automation programs
Manage the automation portfolio (starting Q2) and provide visibility into progress and priorities
Added layer of support to the ticketing team that is combing through tickets surrounding co pilot
Higher level incidents
Serve as the primary escalation point for leadership and senior stakeholders
Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and status updates
Oversee day-to-day operations, handle incidents, and coordinate shared resources across delivery pods
Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and quality standards
Own and maintain the internal backlog of enhancements and improvements
Drive backlog refinement based on insights from internal review cycles and stakeholder feedback

Required

Proven experience leading large-scale Agile or automation programs
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable reporting for leadership
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred

Experience with automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath) and reporting tools (Power BI)
Familiarity with risk management frameworks and portfolio governance
Background in healthcare or insurance industry operations (if relevant)
