Responsibilities

Support Deputy Director with workflow and task management to ensure deadlines are met
Manage coordination and staffing procedures for products requiring Deputy Director/Director review and approval
Provide administrative support to include coordinating and managing the Deputy Director's schedule and calendar
Support development of policies, processes, and procedures
Work with Group Mangers, and PMO VP's office to log, track, and status taskings, send out data calls, collect responses, analyze information and provide inputs to the Deputy Director
Prepare documentation and/or briefing slides to support Deputy Director initiatives and meetings
Review and edit deliverables submitted to the Deputy Director's office to ensure completeness and applicability
Perform other job-related responsibilities, as assigned

Required

Master's Degree with ten (10)+ years of experience in technical field (math/science/engineering), or business, management
Master's degree may be substituted by a Bachelor's degree plus additional four (4) years of experience
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Ability to effectively prioritize, execute tasks, and meet deadlines
Excellent presentation and written communication skills
A team player with strong communication skills
A self-starter that needs minimum supervision
Must be able to pass Public Trust background check
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, various video conferencing platforms
Ability to use information technology to solve business problems
Strong data analysis, program evaluation, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Bachelor's (Required)
Relevant: 10 years (Required)

Preferred

Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
