Responsibilities

Coordinate day‑to‑day execution of functional test scenarios across multiple Workday modules
Ensure scenarios are executed in the correct sequence to avoid invalid results or rework
Track progress, identify blockers, and maintain execution momentum
Manage dependencies across interconnected processes (e.g., Hire → Compensation → Payroll → Benefits)
Align execution across Talent, Security, Integrations, Payroll, Reporting, and Data Conversion teams
Ensure upstream and downstream readiness before execution begins
Assign test cases, manage execution sequencing, and ensure accurate status updates
Maintain JIRA hygiene, including defect linkage, retest tracking, and dashboard accuracy
Ensure JIRA remains the single source of truth for test execution and defect management
Facilitate daily defect triage with functional and technical teams
Prioritize defects based on severity and downstream impact
Track retesting and ensure timely closure

Required

Experience coordinating testing in large‑scale ERP or Workday programs
Strong understanding of cross‑functional HCM, Payroll, and Talent processes
Hands‑on experience with JIRA, Zephyr, or similar test management tools
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills
Ability to manage dependencies and drive accountability across teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret execution data
